This full-time, hands-on leadership role focuses on construction, installation quality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

You will oversee scheduling, supervise crews, manage contracts and product orders, handle warehouse inventory, maintain CRM records, and support hiring and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in installation or construction.
• Experience with acrylic bath systems.
• Plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Quality assurance and customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and schedule bath system installations.
• Lead installation crews and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Review contracts and coordinate product orders.
• Manage warehouse inventory and vendor relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and post-install follow-up.
• Conduct client check-ins and request referrals.
• Handle permitting, documentation, and CRM updates.
• Support installers with on-site issues and service calls.
• Analyze job costs and trends for improvement.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training staff.
• Manage calendars and timesheets for installation scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts and job completions.
