Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in customer banking and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process and effective lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet by differentiating the customer experience.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manage risk and ensure branch operations are efficient and compliant.
