Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Drive proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty by educating customers on options and leveraging technology to meet needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and resolve customer problems.
• Maintain risk management and ensure branch operations are performed efficiently and accurately.
