Position Overview

As a full-time Regional Banker/Teller, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities including teller transactions, selling bank products and developing referral opportunities. You will be part of the Regional Resource Team, based in St. Charles, Missouri, to support multiple branches in PNC's St. Louis North Retail Market.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty, increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, drive revenue and loyalty.
  2. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC solutions during every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships.
  3. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through differentiated customer experiences. Perform lobby engagement activities, connect with customers, and educate on managing transactions using technology and resources.
  4. Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively, enhancing loyalty.
  5. Manage risk by adhering to policies and demonstrating sound judgment. Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch operations.
