The role requires leading daily operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service across all centers. Travel within the region is expected as part of leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Progressive banking or financial services leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-location teams and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and compliance.
• Ability to travel within the region regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple banking center teams across West Texas.
• Coach and develop staff while promoting exceptional customer service.
• Partner with Market President on strategic initiatives and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Monitor financial performance and drive efficiency and profitability.
• Represent ABC Bank in the community and lead special projects.
