Job summary

ABC Bank seeks a strategic Regional Bank Center Manager to oversee multiple banking centers across West Texas. You will partner with the Market President to drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships, and support market growth.

You will recruit and coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor performance, and lead community engagement. The role requires leadership, travel within the region, and a passion for growing relationships.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive banking or financial services experience, with demonstrated success in multi-location management and leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proven ability to execute strategic initiatives, interpret financial performance data, and drive operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, compliance requirements, and customer relationship management principles.
• Community-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship banking and local market engagement.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. In-office/branch required.
