Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Sales Representative to service the Western North Texas Region from our Ferris, TX location. You will develop relationships with current customers and identify potential new customers while working closely with operations to ensure customer expectations are met.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, expanding market position, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relations with engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aggregates and construction materials.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
