The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to lead new market growth in major US metros. You’ll build relationships with real estate investors, CPAs, brokers and investor groups, and drive cost segregation education and sales.

In this role you’ll own your pipeline, attend local industry events, and collaborate with senior advisors to close high-value opportunities. Training is provided, and success translates to strong uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Willingness to train on cost segregation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage real estate investors across multifamily, commercial, short-term rental, and high-value residential.
• Build relationships with CPAs, brokers, syndicators and investor groups.
• Attend local real estate meetups, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Educate prospects on cost segregation and its returns (training provided).
• Qualify opportunities and pass them to senior advisors.
• Own your pipeline and manage follow-ups in the CRM.
• Represent the firm as a trusted, professional resource.
