The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across major US metros. You will engage real estate investors, CPAs and syndicators, building a robust pipeline and representing the firm with professionalism at conferences and events.

Formación

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development or a client-facing role.
• Natural go-getter and extrovert willing to engage with investors and partners.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and investors as peers.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and engage real estate investors across multifamily, commercial, short-term rental and high-value residential.
• Build relationships with CPAs, brokers, syndicators and investor groups who refer deals.
• Show up in your market at local real estate meetups, networking events and industry conferences.
• Educate prospects on how cost segregation improves their returns (full training provided).
• Qualify opportunities and hand them off to senior advisors.
• Own your pipeline, manage follow-ups and keep CRM updated.
• Represent the firm as a trusted, professional resource.
