Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair skills for automatic doors and related systems.
• Proficient Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within assigned service territory.
• Ability to lift and move heavy components and follow all safety procedures.
• Prior experience with automatic doors, access controls, or commercial building systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair automatic door systems and related accessories.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete scheduled and emergency field service calls.
• Ensure all work meets safety, accessibility, and manufacturer standards.
• Explain work performed to customers and provide recommendations.
• Document service activities, maintain tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to meet service commitments.
