Job summary

McGough seeks a Regional Assistant Project Manager to guide project teams on mid- to senior-level construction initiatives in Raleigh, NC. You will mentor engineers, oversee project portions, and build strong relationships with owners and design partners.

Responsibilities cover pursuit, preconstruction, scheduling, cost control, and project documentation, with a focus on collaboration, integrity, and timely delivery across regional projects.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience with self-perform capabilities.
• Experience building partnerships with owners, representatives, design firms, and subcontractors.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist pursuit team in understanding prospective projects and requirements.
• Research prospective clients and participate in preconstruction meetings.
• Prepare required documentation for QA/AC page turns.
• Understand CPM schedules and assist with BIM coordination and project documentation.
• Support cost control, procurement, and subcontract management activities.
• Participate in Lean events and maintain project quality and safety standards.
