Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in complex, technical, or electronics-based manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing both onsite and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations for assigned manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Lead revenue recognition activities in accordance with ASC 606.
