Dominium is seeking a Regional Manager-Special Assets to lead stabilization and performance improvement across LIHTC properties. You will supervise Community Managers, coordinate capital projects, and drive occupancy and financial targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams to forecast budgets, implement action plans, and report progress to senior leadership. Strong leadership and LIHTC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive multifamily property management experience with supervisory duties.
• Experience managing LIHTC properties and affordable housing programs is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with asset stabilization, takeovers, or rehabilitation projects.

Responsibilities

• Executes stabilization and performance improvement plans for assigned special assets.
• Directs supervision and development of onsite Community Managers and leasing teams.
• Conducts property assessments and implements corrective action plans.
• Oversees leasing, rent collections, vendor management, and maintenance workflows.
• Ensures LIHTC, HUD, fair housing, and investor compliance; resolves audit issues.
• Collaborates on budgeting, forecasting, and capital improvement projects.
• Monitors NOI, occupancy, and financial metrics; implements timely corrective actions.
• Builds relationships with residents and local stakeholders to support stability.
• Prepares property performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Identifies and applies best practices to improve asset operations.
