Job summary

SFR3 Fund seeks a General Manager to run a multi-market property operations business in the US Southeast region and drive the full investment lifecycle from renovation through turn. You will own budget, schedule, vendor management, and performance, ensuring profitability and tenant satisfaction.

You will lead on-site teams, make sound repair vs. replace decisions, and push for cost, quality, and speed targets while collaborating with centralized teams to scale market operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of residential construction practices and renovation cycle.
• Experience leading teams and vendors with a focus on accountability and results.
• Financial acumen to balance cost, quality and speed for asset yield.

Responsibilities

• Own renovation, turn, maintenance and property operations across the region.
• Scope homes, identify repairs and drive progress to completion.
• Eliminate backlogs and ensure HUD/HQS compliant outcomes.
• Assess and solve complex construction problems with critical judgment.
• Drive maintenance efficiency balancing cost, quality and resident experience.
• Lead data-informed decisions across projects and vendors.
