Dollar Tree, Inc. – Family Dollar division seeks a Regional Asset Protection Manager to lead loss prevention initiatives across districts and stores in New York. You’ll direct investigations, audits, and risk controls while coaching store management in policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of multi-unit retail AP/LP experience.
• Wicklander certified.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong investigative and interviewing skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead Loss Prevention Strategy & Store Support across districts and stores.
• Develop and present AP awareness seminars for district and store meetings.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring action plans in critical shrink stores.
• Help set shrink goals with Operations and Regional Director of AP.
• Administer AP audits to detect vulnerabilities and policy violations.
• Provide direction and support in investigations of dishonesty, fraud, and crimes.
• Conduct investigations of large cash losses, robberies, burglaries, etc.
• Monitor, analyze, and report inventory or cash loss data.
• Maintain timely reporting to corporate Asset Protection.
