Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a retail loss prevention position.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in communication and public speaking.
• Experience with investigation and interviewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains communication with Operations to reduce shrink and improve gross margin.
• Acts as SME on store systems related to inventory movement and related shrink risks.
• Conducts shrink awareness and loss prevention training for district managers and store staff.
• Completes shrink and loss prevention audits and reports results with recommendations.
• Analyzes inventory shrinkages and investigates potential loss causes.
• Investigates suspicious losses and coordinates with law enforcement as needed.
• Manages physical security programs, alarms, CCTV, and related tools.
