Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Regional Asset Management Lead for Texas to grow and deliver asset management services across the region. You will build client relationships, convert opportunities to revenue, and lead projects involving AMI, lifecycle planning, analytics, and EAM/CMMS readiness.

The role requires substantial leadership of multidisciplinary teams, mentoring, and collaboration with engineering, GIS, and digital groups to provide practical, data-driven client solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of asset management or related experience with regional growth responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships, win opportunities, and deliver billable consulting services.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary asset management programs (AMI, analytics, lifecycle planning, EAM/CMMS).
• Strong communication to executives and stakeholders; ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional asset management strategy and growth across Texas.
• Own regional growth plan including accounts, pipeline, and profitability.
• Build trusted relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
• Oversee opportunities from capture to proposal, budgets, and client presentations.
• Provide strategic oversight of programs, ensuring quality and financial performance.
• Grow services in planning, AMI optimization, lifecycle planning, analytics, and EAM/CMMS.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and establish standardized delivery processes.
• Develop data-driven solutions using analytics, GIS, and decision-support tech.
• Mentor senior staff and support capability development.
• Represent the regional practice in client meetings and industry forums.
