Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking an Airbus Operating System (AOS) Expert to join the Operational Excellence team in Mobile, AL. You will drive standardized lean principles, performance improvements, and sustainable growth across manufacturing operations.

You will coach senior leaders, lead Kaizen workshops, and support AOS digitalization while collaborating with Europe and North American sites.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
• 10–15 years of operations management experience in lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach senior leadership and AOS teams (+20 employees).
• Act as primary Senior Expert on AOS content for Airbus Americas and represent AOS Central (Europe).
• Advise site leadership on performance improvement opportunities and governance.
• Lead industrial maturity assessments and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Design, facilitate, and lead training programs and Kaizen workshops North America.
