Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc is seeking an AOS Leader/Lean Expert to drive the Airbus Operating System deployment on the new production line. The role involves defining the AOS architecture, guiding senior plant leadership, and ensuring alignment with MES benefits across the FAL.

The candidate will lead governance, run workshops, coach teams, and manage cross-functional projects to achieve sustained improvements in industrial performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-year degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven Lean/AOS/operational deployment experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AOS governance and roadmap with senior leadership.
• Lead industrial assessments and diagnosis using Macro-VSM and related tools.
• Coach and train across levels on Lean/AOS standards and change management.
