Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company (F&G) is seeking a Regional Director to drive annuity sales across an assigned US territory, including AZ. The role focuses on strengthening advisor relationships, developing new business, and delivering high-touch support.

You will travel about 50% of the time, coordinate with National Sales VP and other leaders, and maintain expert knowledge of F&G products and the competitive landscape while using Salesforce and other tools to track activity and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of wholesaling experience in financial services preferred.
• Industry designation such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Field sales activity across the territory including advisor meetings, trainings and events.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with leadership and partners.
• Maintain expert knowledge of F&G products and competitive landscape.
• Utilize Salesforce and reporting to track opportunities and activity.
• Travel approximately 50% and manage resources efficiently.
