Job summary

Robbins Recruiting Solutions partners with a leader in healthcare to recruit a Regional Business Manager responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of interventional pain management clinics within a defined region.

The role leads local clinic leadership teams, drives performance across patient experience, staff engagement, and financial outcomes, and requires influencing through data and collaboration in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and KPIs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site P&L and regional KPIs.
• Develop and mentor Site Leads and Team Leads.
• Partner with leaders to hire, train, and coach staff.
• Drive growth strategies, new service lines, regional initiatives.
• Enhance patient experience and ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, HIPAA, OSHA) and safety.
