You will guide analysts across priority regions, ensure quality, coordinate with government stakeholders, and drive modernization and crisis-response capabilities within a dynamic national-security program.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or related mission areas.
• Senior analytic/management experience within the DoD or national-security enterprise.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary analytic teams optimizing all-source production.
• Strong understanding of regional dynamics and political-military issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor contractor personnel assigned to your region.
• Provide senior-level regional and functional expertise on strategic competitors and regional developments.
• Direct assignment and execution of complex analytic tasks with quality control for deliverables.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams performing all-source research, knowledge management, and product dissemination.
• Serve as the primary contractor interface with government program leads for requirements and issues.
• Support crisis operations, surge requirements, and time-sensitive analytic needs.
• Ensure compliance with analytic standards, sourcing requirements, classification protocols, and production workflows.
• Oversee onboarding, readiness, training, and performance management of staff.
• Support modernization initiatives and integration of new analytic tools or methodologies.
