Job summary

CACI is seeking a Regional Analysis Team Lead to oversee senior analytic staff across multiple priority areas, delivering high‑quality regional assessments and strategic insights for defense and national security programs.

You will mentor contractor personnel, coordinate all‑source production, and serve as the main interface with government leads to clarify requirements and ensure timely analytic outputs that align with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience.
• Senior analytic/management/technical lead experience in DoD or national security.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary analytic teams and ensure quality outputs.
• Familiarity with analytic tradecraft standards and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage contractor personnel across the region.
• Provide senior-level regional and functional expertise on geopolitical and security developments.
• Direct complex analytic tasks and oversee quality control of products.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams in all-source research, OSINT, and knowledge dissemination.
• Interface with government program leads to clarify requirements and align production with priorities.
• Support crisis operations, surge requirements, and time-sensitive analytic needs.
