Job summary

CACI seeks a Technical Analyst Lead to head a skilled All-Source team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will guide analysts, perform comprehensive All-Source analyses, and disseminate threat information to U.S.

and coalition partners on a need-to-know basis, focusing on target device TTPs and safe handling procedures. You will exploit multiple intelligence disciplines across classified information, fuse multi-source data, and prepare assessments for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Current and Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience.
• Requires Military intelligence MOS background and formal training.
• 10+ years of military experience or equivalent IC experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of small teams to complete tasks on time.
• Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks, mentor staff, and optimize workflows.
• Evaluate team strengths/weaknesses and coach for growth.
• Solve problems at the lowest level and resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate latest CBT technologies and their impact on DoD capability.
• Excellent writing and briefing skills for high-level briefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of All-Source intelligence professionals.
• Conduct all-source analysis and disseminate threat information to U.S. and coalition forces.
• Demonstrate ability to exploit TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT across classified data.
• Provide integrated analysis combining national products and databases.
• Understand intel databases such as M3, MIST, YETI, BODHI, PULSE.
• Deep knowledge of uncrewed systems and sUAS capabilities.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS on short notice to disseminate threat information.
• Perform duties independently and to mission requirements.
