Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Regional Manager, Ambulatory Pharmacist to lead the ambulatory pharmacy program across a multistate region. You will supervise pharmacists and staff, drive quality metrics, and partner with physicians and care teams to optimize therapy and improve outcomes.

The role involves about 3.5 days of direct patient care and 1.5 days of administrative duties, with extensive regional travel and a cadence of 3 weeks patient care followed by 1 week travel to support ambulatory

Qualifications

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
Active pharmacy license in good standing required.
BCACP or BC GP a plus.
Minimum five years in primary/ambulatory care with at least two years in pharmacist management.
Residency training or ambulatory care certification preferred.
BLS certification within first 90 days of employment.
Willingness to travel regionally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of ambulatory pharmacists and support staff within the region.
Program oversight of the ambulatory pharmacy program in region and locations.
Quality & metrics leadership focusing on CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS.
Operational leadership including scheduling, policy development, compliance, EMR coordination.
Stakeholder liaison to physicians, payers, population health, and senior administration.
Education & precepting of ambulatory care pharmacists in the region.
