Job summary

ChenMed, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager, Ambulatory Pharmacist to lead ambulatory pharmacy services across multiple states. This clinical leader will supervise pharmacists, oversee program quality, and coordinate care with physicians and care teams.

Travel up to 50% and a mix of direct patient care and administrative duties are expected. The role emphasizes medication management, chronic disease management, and performance on CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS.

Qualifications

• PharmD required and licensed to practice.
• Minimum five years in primary/ambulatory care with at least two years in management.
• Residency training or ambulatory care certification is highly preferred.
• BCACP or BCGP is a plus.
• Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Ambulatory Pharmacists and support staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Program oversight of ambulatory pharmacy in the region and centers.
• Lead quality metrics for CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS performance.
• Direct patient care, scheduling, policy development, and EMR coordination.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to implement care protocols and adjustments.
