Qualifications

• Requires FAA piloting credentials and knowledge of aeronautical regulations.
• Experiences in EMS/air medical operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates Air Methods aircraft in a safe and legal manner.
• Performs pre-flight checks including daily flight log sign-off.
• Maintains final authority over aircraft operations and passenger safety.
• Conducts thorough flight planning with short notice to meet EMS requirements.
• Participates in meetings, projects and community outreach.
