Job summary

Mend.io is seeking a high-performing SaaS sales professional to build and own the full sales motion for Mend AI. You will drive net-new logos across North America and EMEA, prospecting, engaging, and closing opportunities with engineering and security leaders.

You will operate with high autonomy, refine the go-to-market motion from customer feedback, and become a trusted advisor to security teams navigating AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hunter mentality with outbound pipeline generation.
• SaaS sales experience with net-new logos.
• Experience selling security, DevSecOps, or related tech.
• Executive presence with technical and economic buyers.
• Autonomy in high-growth environments with low process overhead.
• Strong business judgment and curiosity.
• CRM hygiene in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline: build and grow net-new mid-market and enterprise accounts via outbound, inbound, events, and partner channels.
• Run the full cycle: handle outreach, discovery, technical validation, business case development, negotiation, and close.
• Educate the market on AI risk, AI-generated code, governance, and secure AI adoption.
• Shape product and GTM: provide field insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging and strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to move opportunities forward.
• Represent Mend AI externally at conferences, meetings, webinars, roundtables, and with partners.
