Tessenderlo Kerley, Inc. is seeking a Regional Agronomist to support the Crop Nutrition and Tiger-Sul sales teams across the Pacific Northwest. You will apply your expertise in specialty fertilizers and agronomy to expand market share and advance customer fertility programs.

You will design field trials, collaborate with researchers, and develop technically sound marketing messages. Frequent travel within the region and field demonstrations are expected; excellent communication in English is

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in crop science, soil science or agronomy.
• CCA certification or willingness to obtain within one year.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience in agronomic research and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify crop nutrition needs and benefits for regional crops.
• Design and implement field tests and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with researchers and marketing to craft messages.
• Provide technical support to customers and end-users.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
