Croell, Inc. seeks a Regional Aggregate Manager to oversee wash plants, site permitting, inventory, and reporting from the Dodge City, KS area, reporting to the Division Manager. The role focuses on managing multiple aggregate sites and ensuring efficient operations across central North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aggregate and management.
• Knowledge of environmental rules and regulations.
• MSHA Part 46/48 miner certifications.
• Heavy equipment and mechanical experience.
• Experience with limestone crushing and alluvial deposits (silt, sand, gravel).

Responsibilities

• Develop adherence to site budgets and forecasts.
• Sales to contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Promote clean, safe, and well-organized sites.
• Coordinate machine maintenance and repairs (screens, rollers, conveyors, etc.).
• Perform location inspections and document compliance with policies.
• Interact professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
• Oversee hiring and training of personnel.
• Plan and execute capital expenditures and projects.
• Lead safety programs and OSHA/MSHA compliance.
• Coordinate payroll hours and reporting with corporate.
