Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative is seeking an After-School Program Instructor Floater in Santa Ana, CA. This part-time role runs 12:30pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday, at a pay rate of $23.00/hour, with the Santa Ana Home Office as hub location.

The Regional Instructional Provider will facilitate activities, serve K-12 students, and travel within ~20 miles across North Orange County to cover shifts. An Attendance Incentive Bonus of $1.00/hour is available based on attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; college credits preferred.
• Background check via Live Scan required for employment.
• TB test completion is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver instruction to a classroom of students in after-school activities.
• Instruct elementary school students individually and in groups within program ratios.
• Implement classroom management and instructional strategies; monitor student progress.
• Maintain attendance logs and required records; ensure a clean, organized learning space.
• Communicate with parents and participate in staff meetings as required.
• Be available Monday–Friday for the entire shift schedule and travel regionally if needed.
