Job summary

California Schools Talent Collaborative is seeking a Regional Instructional Provider for the Orange County After School Substitute program. This part-time role operates Mon-Fri, 12:30pm–6:00pm, with shifts across North Orange County and travel within a 20-mile radius, based in the Santa Ana Home Office.

You will supervise students, deliver instruction for K–12, manage attendance, and support family communication while promoting engaging, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
48 semester units or 60 quarter units or pass NCLB test.
Pass Live Scan background check and TB test.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Supervise and deliver instruction to a classroom of students, facilitating participation in hands-on activities.
Instruct elementary students individually and in groups, maintaining program ratios.
Maintain attendance logs and records for after-school sessions.
Promote safe, inclusive environments and effective classroom management.
Communicate with families and attend staff meetings as required.
