Job summary

Wesleyan College seeks a full-time Regional Admission Counselor to expand awareness and interest across a Georgia-wide territory, including Macon, Metro Atlanta, and Savannah. The role blends in-person recruitment with remote/virtual outreach and collaboration with the Macon campus team.

Responsibilities include counseling students through the admissions journey, building relationships with counselors, and leveraging the CRM to measure outcomes and drive enrollments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends when needed.
• Ability to learn a recruitment CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop a broad understanding of Wesleyan College’s mission and advantages to present accurately.
• Build and manage a recruitment territory to drive inquiries, applications, deposits, and enrollments.
• Cultivate relationships with students, families, counselors, and community partners through visits, fairs, and virtual outreach.
• Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment, including scholarships/aid steps.
• Use CRM data to plan travel, track funnel, and follow up personally.
