Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks an Education Leader to oversee admissions across its California and Nevada campuses. You will manage a team of directors and representatives, implement enrollment strategies, and drive performance while ensuring high school outreach and timely enrollment processing.

You will train and coach staff, monitor compliance, and partner with the Corporate Director of Admissions to align regional targets with company growth plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Director of Admissions with multi-unit management.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across multiple campuses to achieve enrollment targets.
• Coach, train, and mentor Admissions Directors and Representatives.
• Oversee marketing and inquiry development targets and follow-up.
