Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years Enrollment experience preferred.
• Must live in or near the Northwest Indiana/Chicago area.
• This is a regional position not a remote position.
• Knowledge of Slate or other CRM systems.
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to make decisions and respond to challenges quickly and with ease.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts in the Northwest Indiana/Chicago region.
• Proactively recruit and assist prospective students via email, phone, virtual sessions, and events.
• Travel for recruitment: about 8 weeks in fall and 2-3 weeks in spring.
• Represent Hanover College at college fairs, high schools, and community organizations.
• Manage admission applications for geographic territories and assist holistic review.
• Maintain knowledge of financial aid to aid yield and communicate with students/parents.
