Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Activity Director to oversee programming in our Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments. You will support transitions across the portfolio with travel, manage day-to-day activities, and partner with the Executive Director to uphold standards and policies.

Ideal candidates hold an RCFE Activity Director Certification, a Class B License with Passenger Endorsement, and a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Minimum 2+ years as Activity Director or 3+ years as Activity Assistant.
• College Degree preferred.
• Must obtain Class B License with Passenger Endorsement for 20+ passengers.
• Must obtain RCFE Activity Director Certification.
• Flexible schedule incl holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Support Transitions Team across portfolio with frequent travel.
• Conduct and support standard operations of the Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments.
• In absence of Activity Director, manage activities, financials, staffing, and transportation.
• Work with Executive Director to maintain programming standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in development of Oakmont Programming standards and policies.
• Conduct audits of Assisted Living and Traditions Activities Department.
