Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced activities leader to support the Transitions Team across multiple communities and travel frequently. You will assist in running the Assisted Living and Traditions Activities programs, and, in the absence of an Activity Director, oversee resident activities and programming.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director to uphold programming standards, contribute to policy development, and participate in system improvements for activity management.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Class B License with Passenger Endorsement for 20 or more passengers.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Activity Director Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support Transitions Team across the portfolio and frequent travel.
• Conduct and support standard operations of the Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments as outlined in the job description.
• In the absence of an Activity Director, responsible for maintaining activities and other resident programs.
• Work directly with the community's Executive Director to maintain Programming operations standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the development of Oakmont Programming standards and policies and related system development for the Activity program.
• Conduct Audits of Assisted Living and Traditions Activity’s Department.
