Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Regional Activities Specialist - Transitions to support our Transitions Team across the portfolio. This role requires frequent multi-state travel and offers a salary in the range of $75,000–$80,000.

The Regional Activities Specialist will organize, schedule, budget, promote, and direct activities and excursions to enhance residents' independence and quality of life in Assisted Living and Traditions programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Preferred 2+ years as an Activity Director or 3+ years as an Activity Assistant.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Class B License with Passenger Endorsement for 20+ passengers.
• Must have or be willing to obtain RCFE Activity Director Certification.
• Willing to work holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Criminal background check and health screening tests required.

Responsibilities

• Support standard operations of the Assisted Living and Traditions Activities departments as outlined in the job description.
• Maintain activities and resident programs in the absence of an Activity Director, including programming and administrative duties.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director to maintain programming standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing Oakmont Programming standards and related projects.
• Conduct audits of the Activities Department.
