Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Regional AR to lead accounts receivable for a designated region, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections. You will collaborate with client services and the accounting team, analyze billing issues, and maintain ledgers and dashboards in a fast-paced environment in Kentucky.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in AR, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with accounting software, including Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts receivable process for a designated region, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze and resolve billing issues, working closely with the client services team to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

As a Regional AR, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function for a designated region, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records.

About the Role:

As a Regional AR, you will be expected to:
