Overview

An established leader in the design and manufacturing of modular commercial buildings is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager to join its growing team. This position will oversee accounting operations across multiple plants, supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and monthly close
• Partner with plant managers and regional leadership to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance (state/federal filings)
• Support HR-related processes including payroll compliance, benefit contributions, and employee onboarding
• Supervise local accounting teams, fostering training, development, and accountability
• Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and streamline reporting across multiple locations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; prior leadership preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and reconciliations
• Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Effective communicator who can collaborate across accounting, operations, and HR functions
