• Eight or more years of progressive accounting experience, including significant people leadership and management of complex or multi-entity operations.
• Experience leading multiple accounting teams and building consistent operating practices under deadline-driven conditions.
• Experience with Sage Intacct.

• Lead Month-End Close and financial reporting across teams and client portfolios.
• Develop accounting leaders, plan capacity, and ensure consistent practices.
