Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking a Regional Account Manager to oversee health club and YMCA accounts within a defined geography. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will manage relationships, drive strategic growth, and support the Vision and Johnson Commercial Fitness teams.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, forecast sales, deliver reports, and meet quarterly goals while using CRM tools and Excel to capture market feedback and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent experience considered.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in sales with account management experience.
• Experience with YMCA or health club accounts is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for regional health club and YMCA accounts.
• Develop strategic growth plans for Vision brand within accounts.
• Coordinate strategies with Vision & Johnson Commercial Fitness teams.
• Monitor opportunities and manage sales pipeline monthly.
• Provide product/market feedback to management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and meet defined targets.
• Travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
