Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation seeks a Regional Account Manager – Primary Care & Ancillary to lead field operations in Ohio. You will manage relationships with long-term care facilities, drive patient enrollment and retention, and ensure service excellence.

Hybrid role requiring daily in-state travel (50 in-person visits per month) with strong emphasis on provider partnerships, program implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to grow HealthDrive's care delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare account management, field operations, or client relations.
• Strong interpersonal skills across clinical and administrative staff levels.
• Highly organized with field-based schedule management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; daily in-state travel required.
• Proficient with basic office software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for facilities receiving HealthDrive’s services across Ohio.
• Conduct monthly in-person or remote meetings to assess satisfaction and support care delivery.
• Build relationships with medical directors and facility administrators to develop opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with care teams and identify new sales opportunities within accounts.
• Interpret clinical reporting during meetings to align with client goals.
• Identify service expansion opportunities and support cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Track feedback and performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Assist onboarding of new accounts and maintain engagement with existing customers.
