Job summary

HealthDrive in Ohio is seeking a Regional Account Manager – Primary Care & Ancillary to join our Field Operations team. The hybrid role focuses on managing HealthDrive’s Primary Care services and ancillary offerings, building strong relationships with long-term care facilities, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

You will conduct regular in-person visits within Ohio, drive patient enrollment and provider engagement, and expand services through strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in healthcare account management or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clinical and admin staff.
  • Excellent organizational and field scheduling abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and in-state travel daily.
  • Proficiency with basic office software.
  • Preferred: Active Ohio LPN or RN.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for facilities across Ohio.
  • Hold monthly in-person or remote meetings to assess satisfaction and care delivery.
  • Strengthen relationships with medical directors and facility admins.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and cross-sell within accounts.
  • Review clinical reporting and track performance with clients.
  • Support onboarding of new accounts and maintain engagement.

About the Position

HealthDrive is seeking a dedicated Regional Account Manager – Primary Care & Ancillary to join our Field Operations team in Ohio.This role focuses exclusively on managing and supporting HealthDrive’s Primary Care service line, as well as Ancillary services. The Regional Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and consistent client satisfaction.

This hybrid position requires daily travel within the state and a minimum of 50 in-person visits per month, with multiple facility visits per day likely required to meet this goal.

Compensation

$75,000 to $85,000 annually - with up to10% bonus potential

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities receiving HealthDrive’s Primary Care and Ancillary services across Ohio.
  • Conduct monthly in-person and/or remote meetings with each customer to assess satisfaction, review clinical reporting, address concerns, and support care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical directors at each location, whether or not they are an employee or strategic partner of HealthDrive.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, nursing directors, and care teams and develop new sales opportunities when key points of contacts move to a new facility.
  • Navigate clinical reporting during meetings to ensure alignment with client goals and track performance.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, cross-selling, and business growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including clinical operations, provider support, and company leadership) to resolve client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track client feedback and service delivery performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.Support the onboarding of new accounts and maintain engagement with existing customers.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare account management, field operations, or client relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clinical and administrative staff at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a field-based schedule and visit cadence.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; daily in-state travel required.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and use basic office software effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working in or with nursing homes or long-term care environments.
  • Familiarity with primary care workflows in post-acute or senior care settings.
