Position Summary

As our Regional Account Manager - North (RAM), your mission is to drive new business, cultivate existing relationships, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with us.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Competencies
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and engage effectively at all levels.
  • Innovation: Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset to find optimal solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to respond to changing circumstances and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Skilled in managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B Sales with proven success in managing business relationships and meeting goals.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and effective communication.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Oil and Gas sector is a plus.
Compensation
  • Salary + Sales Commission: Competitive base salary with commission potential exceeding $40k annually.
  • Company Vehicle: Provided for business use.
Travel and Hours
  • Full-Time Remote: Based in Irving, TX but must reside within the assigned region (Hiwasse, AR, Oklahoma City, OK Area).
  • Travel: Approximately 75% travel required to effectively meet goals.
