As a Regional Account Manager at Phillips Corporation, you won't just hit targets; you will shatter them by executing high-impact business plans, mastering regional market trends, and delivering consultative ROI models using deep Excel proficiency and sharp CRM execution. You'll be on the move (80-100% travel), establishing elite strategic partnerships, hunting down untapped revenue streams, and guiding high-stakes customer projects from initial engagement to flawless delivery. To thrive here, you must embody the Phillips commitment to high performance results, true team collaboration, and a thirst for process improvement and continuous learning. Armed with advanced virtual presentation tools and deep data-analysis capabilities, you will translate complex technical offerings into game-changing productivity gains for our clients. In return, you'll join a forward-thinking leadership ecosystem that values high-energy ownership, continuous skill development, and the rewards of sustained year-over-year territory growth.
