Title: Regional Account Manager (NY and New England)

OTE Compensation: $100,000 (comprising a $65,000 base pay and commission plan)

Company Description: Since 2017, National Secure Transport (NST) has been a market leader in end-to-end specialty cash transportation, aiming to maintain its dominance in this niche market.

Position Summary: NST seeks an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial individual to serve as a General Manager for the New England territory. This complex role demands high attention to detail, hunting and closing skills, customer nurturing, and diligent updating of activities, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce weekly.

What You Will Do:

  • Client Retention/Growth: Maintain existing clients and expand the business.
  • Inbound/Outbound Hunting: Increase revenue within the assigned territory for various service lines.
  • Territory Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to generate proposals and pricing.
  • Salesforce: Document activities, opportunities, and notes accurately and weekly.
  • B2B Trade Show Events: Attend key market trade shows quarterly.
  • Presence: Be available in Roam, our cloud software, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • B2B Sales: At least 5 years exceeding quota, primarily from hunting roles.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Minimum 3 years building and maintaining strategic relationships.
  • Remote Selling: At least 3 years of professional remote sales experience with video presentations.
  • Outbound Campaigns: 3+ years managing email and dial campaigns.
  • Salesforce: 3+ years using Salesforce Lightning for input and updates.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or IT-related fields.
