Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. This client-facing role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing customers and strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid understanding of home equity and mortgage workflows, and a proven ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, with a focus on delivering value to clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and effective product utilization.
  • Conduct client consultations to assess needs and demonstrate how our home equity automation tools can enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and execute on cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the product suite to maximize account value.
  • Lead product demonstrations, business reviews, and training sessions with clients and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, product, and support—to communicate client feedback and contribute to product development.
  • Draft client-facing documentation, proposals, and materials that clearly convey product benefits and technical details.
  • Manage client renewals and contract extensions.
  • Track client usage metrics and generate reports on account health, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in the home equity or mortgage industry, preferably with exposure to ICE Encompass, MeridianLink, or similar platforms.
  • 2–4 years in a client-facing role such as account management, sales, or product consulting, ideally within a SaaS or home equity/mortgage technology company.
  • Strong understanding of home equity lending and the role of automation in streamlining workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities within existing accounts and effectively position solutions to meet client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
