Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead outside sales efforts in the Carolinas.. This role requires a balance of new business development and nurturing existing relationships. You’ll act as the front-line brand ambassador for our manufacturers, providing solutions and support to help clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust pipeline of new integrators, dealers, and partners
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing accounts to drive growth
• Conduct in-person visits, product demos, and training sessions across your territory
• Serve as the technical liaison between manufacturers and resellers—delivering honest, expert advice
• Represent multiple professional AVL lines with integrity and a service-first mindset
• Report sales activities, trends, and feedback to leadership via CRM
• Participate in trade shows, regional events, and trainings as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the professional AVL industry or a technical sales role
• Strong knowledge of AVL products
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with travel throughout the assigned territory
• Based within the Carolinas
