Job summary

Redis is seeking a Regional Account Executive to own the NYC territory and drive revenue for Redis Enterprise. You will build and execute a strategic plan, manage a healthy pipeline, and close net-new logos with executive and IT leadership engagement.

The role rewards a proven, quota-carrying sales background in enterprise software, with uncapped commissions and strong enablement. Location in NYC area required; hybrid options available with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales to enterprise customers.
• Ability to build and execute an Account Plan to close net new logos.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Consultative, value-based selling of open source software for cloud, on prem and hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your territory.
• Identify, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline collaborating with internal teams.
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
• Build strong relationships with executives and IT leadership delivering business value.
